If you send an email, your email address, message and any details you include are used to reply, discuss your request and, if relevant, take steps toward an agreement. Please send only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information unless necessary.

Depending on the enquiry, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an agreement, or pursue the legitimate interest of handling correspondence. A separate marketing-consent checkbox is not used because no marketing subscription is offered.

Website visits

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, a managed hosting service from OpenAI. The authored site does not add analytics tags or advertising pixels and does not intentionally store information on your device for tracking. ChatGPT Sites automatically records aggregate traffic metrics, including unique visitors and page views. The host may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site. OpenAI states that ChatGPT Sites currently does not support data residency, so EU/EEA-only processing is not promised. Its public Sites documentation does not specify the exact request-log fields or retention period.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry emails are kept only while needed to handle the correspondence, any resulting agreement and applicable legal obligations, and may be processed by the email provider. Website visits are handled by OpenAI as the ChatGPT Sites host. Farbod does not sell personal data. The host's exact technical-log retention period is not stated in the public Sites documentation.
